I provide a holistic approach to mental health care. To be clear, mental health is not just in your mind. Physical health and spiritual practices can influence mental health, just as mental health and spiritual practices can impact physical health. A holistic approach to mental health care creates space to identify and address the multiple factors that can influence mental health.

Can I see you if I am currently on medication or if I am already seeing a counsellor?

Yes. I am here to support you on your health journey. This includes working alongside other trained health-care professionals to support your mental health goals.

Mental health goals can look different for everyone. Some may seek support to safely wean off of medication, others to reduce medication side effects, and others to avoid starting medication, when possible. Whatever your goal is, a naturopathic, holistic approach can support your mental well-being.
